We offer POSH Training Certified Course, for the aspirants who want to become Certified Posh Trainers. We train the Posh Training Aspirants to unveil the importance of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Cases against Women in an Organisation.
Our Approach
We train the Aspirants to understand what really amounts to Sexual Harassment at the Workplace as per the Guidelines laid by the Vishaka Committee and the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
We also train on Legislation enacted by the Government of India which is the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act, 2013
